🔸 Ingredients:

For the marinade, these ingredients are perfect for your chicken:

Boneless chicken (you can use thigh or breast) – 500g

Yogurt – a ½ cup portion

Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons

Ginger garlic paste – use 1 tablespoon

Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon

Garam masala – 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder – use 1 teaspoon

For the taste – a little salt

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

For Assembly:

The local recipe of pita bread or kuboos

Onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers in slices

You can make garlic mayonnaise or tahini sauce.

Lettuce or cabbage (you can leave them out)

In the first step, place the chicken in a container and marinate it.
