Dahi Puri Recipe – How to Make Crispy & Creamy Dahi Puri at Home

 

🟡 Dahi Puri Ingredients




1️⃣ For Puri

  • Ready-made pani puri (golgappa) puris
    Or you can fry your own.


2️⃣ For Filling

  • Boiled potatoes (mashed or small cubes)

  • Boiled moong dal or black chana (optional but tasty)

  • Salt

  • Red chilli powder

  • Chaat masala

  • Cumin powder (jeera powder)

  • 3️⃣ For Dahi (Curd)

    • Fresh curd / dahi (thick and chilled)

    • Sugar (1–2 tsp, optional)

    • A pinch of black salt


    4️⃣ Chutneys

    • Meetha chutney (tamarind + jaggery)

    • Green chutney (mint + coriander + green chilli)

    • 5️⃣ Toppings

      • Sev

      • Finely chopped coriander leaves

      • Roasted cumin powder

      • Kashmiri chilli powder

      • Chaat masala
