🍳 How to Make Beef Fry
1. Start by cooking the Beef.
Into the boiler, put the beef and all the ingredients mentioned under "Pressure Cooking".
Seal the pressure cooker and let it whistle 3 or 4 times so the chicken gets tender. Keep aside.
2. Fry the beef in a hot pan until it is cooked well and lightly browned.
Pour some coconut oil into a pan and place it on the stove.
After that, put in fennel seeds, shallots, dry chilli, and some curry leaves. Sauté well.
Mix the cooked beef together with the stock.
Cook the chicken legs on low heat until brown and almost dry. Stirring should be done nonstop for (around) 10–15 minutes.
Malabar Porotta is also a nice item and can be eaten ready or made at home.
If homemade:
Put 2 cups of maida along with salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tablespoon oil, and some warm water into your bowl. Knead soft.
Let rest the dough for about 1 hour.
Roll the dough into small pieces, then roll them into thin sheets, coil them, give them time to rest.
Put the pancake on the tawa and cook it with oil.
🍽️ Serve:
Hot fried beef with ultra thin porotta.
Top the salad with some thinly sliced onion and lemon for an extra flavor.
