Butter Garlic Corn (Pan Tossed)
🧾 Ingredients:
- Sweet corn – 1 (cut into 3 pieces)
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 4–5 cloves (finely chopped)
- Salt – to taste
- Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Optional (for better taste):
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Chilli flakes – ½ tsp 🌶️
- Lemon juice – few drops 🍋
- Coriander leaves – for garnish 🌿

Boil corn
- Cut corn into 3 pieces
- Boil in water for 5–7 minutes until soft

Prepare base
- Heat a pan
- Add butter and melt
- Add chopped garlic, sauté until light golden

Cook corn
- Add boiled corn pieces
- Add salt and mix well

Add flavor
- Add tomato sauce
- Cook for 2–3 minutes on medium flame

Final touch (optional but best)
- Add pepper + chilli flakes
- Add few drops lemon juices
- Garnish with coriander or cheese
