 Recipe for Pineapple Mint Juice

🧂 Ingredients:

Cut a pineapple in half, peel off the skin, then chop 1½ cups.

Eight to ten fresh mint leaves

You can also add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, if you like.

You may add up to 1–2 teaspoons of sugar or honey to the recipe, if you wish.

You should use ½ cup of water or coconut water.

You can use ice cubes in your drink.

Black salt or plain salt can be added as per your preference (you may leave it out if you prefer).



👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Prepare all the ingredients that you will need.

Clean the leaves of the mint.

Chop the pineapple into small bits after you have removed the peel.

Blend:

Put pineapple, mint leaves, some sugar/honey, lemon juice, water, and salt into a blender.

Mix the ingredients together until the mix becomes smooth.

Strain (Optional):

If you prefer juices without its pulp, pour the fresh juice through a fine mesh sieve.

Serve:

Put the wine into a wine glass.

Add ice and garnish with a piece of mint or a piece of pineapple.

Serve the food as soon as it is cold and fresh.
