Watermelon Lemon Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups watermelon (chopped and deseeded)
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1–2 tsp sugar or honey (as required)
A pinch of regular salt or black salt (as required)
Few leaves of mint (optional)
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Prep the Fruit:
Remove watermelon seeds and chop into cubes.
Blend:
Put watermelon, lemon juice, sugar/honey, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
(Optional) Add a few mint leaves.
Blend until smooth.
Strain (Optional):
Use a fine strainer if you want a smooth juice.
Serve:
Pour over ice cubes in a glass.
Garnish with a lemon slice or mint.
Serve fresh!
