Beef Shawarma at home made

 Beef Shawarma is best made with the following recipe.



🧂 Ingredients:

For this recipe, we will incorporate a Beef Marinade.

Sliced thinly, dark bit of beef such as sirloin or flank steak would work well.

Two tablespoons of plain yogurt

The lemon juice (or vinegar) should be added in 2 tbsp amounts.

Avoid cooking your tomatoes with butter and use olive oil instead.

A full 1 teaspoon of cumin powder

Use about 1 teaspoon of coriander powder for your recipe.

1 tsp of paprika

About ½ tsp of turmeric

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

You will need 1 tsp of black pepper.

One teaspoon of salt

4 cloves garlic that have been crushed

For Serving:

Pita bread, also called kuboos

You might choose garlic sauce or tahini sauce.

You can use sliced onions, tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce.


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Placed the meat in a marinade.

To make the marinade, put all its ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Place beef slices into the pot and stir them so they are well coated.

Cover the quiche and put it in the refrigerator at least 2 hours, though overnight is even better.

Bring the pot of beef to a boil and let it cook.

Put a pan or grill on medium to medium-high heat and allow it to get hot.

Add some oil and cook the beef that is ready to eat for 5–7 minutes until it turns brown and is ready.

How to Prepare Shawarma Wrap

Toasty pita bread or kuboos are great with a meal.

Add some garlic sauce to the dish.

After that, put in some cooked beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.

Roll your tacos or just serve them open, as you wish.

For a crispy finish, feel free to toast the shawarma on a dry pan, after wrapping it up.

You can make Toum sauce to make your meal more flavorful:

One-half cup of mayonnaise

Put 1 tablespoon of yogurt into the batter.

2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

1 tsp of lemon juice

Just a pinch of salt

Mix well. Done!
